We can get money out of politics starting in 2012. We’re replacing as many corrupt Congress people as we can in the 2012 elections, with citizen candidates running citizen-fueled campaigns. And to replace the money-driven system that has hijacked our Congress, we’re using the internet.
Replace Congress citizen candidates are already on the ballot. We’re from all walks of life – teachers, organizers, scientists, sheet metal workers, civil rights activists. And unlike corporate-owned politicians, our campaigns are fueled by people like you.
We don’t have to wait for a new Amendment or law, or for the Citizens United “corporations are people and money is speech” decision to be reversed. We 2012 voters just have to do our part: reject the corrupt ‘money race’ candidates, and support citizen candidates without waiting for CNN or Fox to notice them. Let’s make it happen.
